The calls which are featured in Neil Cost - Magic with Wood came from many private collections all across the United States. Virtually all of the most unique and rare calls made by Neil Cost over his career were considered for inclusion, with only the very best having been selected. Commercial photographers were retained to produce the very highest quality color photographs which are reproduced in full page size and exceptional detail. What is the size and material specifications of the book? Neil Cost - Magic with Wood is an ultra-premium full color hardcover coffee table book printed 8.5" x 11" landscape. 240 pages long, the book is made from the finest materials including premium coated matte art paper, embossed end sheets, luxurious Rainbow® Brillianta natural finish cloth case covering with silver foil stamping, and a full color French fold dust jacket. Are there multiple photos on any pages in the book? With the exception of the detailed photographs of inscriptions and unique features which are inset into the main page image, each turkey call is displayed full page size in exquisite high resolution color. A total of 310 color photographs are featured in the book, including those on the dustjacket and the inscription and detail inset images. May payment be made by credit card? Yes. Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and American Express® (NOT American Express "Corporate" cards) payments can be made using the Paypal® secure on-line payment service. A Paypal® link can be found on the Order Information page of our website. If you are not currently registered with Paypal® a registration form is available through this link. The process is very user friendly and the buyer is not charged any transaction fee for using this payment option. For your protection we require that you use a confirmed address and ship to the address associated with the credit card that you make payment with. Is the book still available for purchase? Yes! A limited number of books remain available for sale. Is the book also being offered in an open un-numbered edition? No. Neil Cost - Magic with Wood is being offered exclusively as a signed and numbered limited edition of 1500 copies. Will there be a second printing of this first edition? No. Neil Cost - Magic with Wood is being offered as a first printing of the first edition. There will be no additional printing of the first edition beyond this special signed and numbered edition of 1500 copies. If a second edition is offered in the future it will be marked as a second edition and clearly differentiated from the first. It would not be issued signed or numbered. There are no current plans to offer a second edition. How will edition numbers be assigned? Specific number requests will be honored if available at the time your order and payment is received. If a requested number is not available, we will substitute the lowest available number. Requests for lowest numbers available will be assigned in the order in which they are received. Are there any edition numbers that will not be made available? Yes. The author has reserved the first five editions. Edition number 777 was presented to the National Wild Turkey Federation for their museum collection. How do I find out what edition numbers are currently available? We will reply promptly. Can my book be personalized by the author? Yes. Please include a note with your order as to how this should read. How are the books being signed and numbered? The books which are being sold are individually signed by the author and numbered in blue ink on a special page in the front section of the book. Books number 1 through 6 and 777 were signed and numbered in brown ink by the author and by Steve Mann and Lamar Williams. Four Dedication Editions, and 29 Presentation Editions which were personalized and given to the book's contributors were also signed in brown pen by the author and by Steve Mann and Lamar Williams. Is there any discount from the retail price available for purchases of multiple copies? Unfortunately we are not able to offer any discount on the per book price of $85.00. However single order purchases of 4 or more books will be offered a discount on the shipping cost. Shipping costs for orders of 4 or more books will be at a flat rate of $15.00.
