ORDER INFORMATION Signed and numbered first edition copies of Neil Cost-Magic with Wood are currently available. Requests for specific edition numbers will be honored if available. Your books will be carefully packaged in a heavy duty custom designed carton to prevent any damage during shipment. Please send check or money order in the amount of $90.00 for each copy ordered [$85.00 plus $5.00 for shipping & handling]. Pennsylvania residents must add $5.95 per copy PA sales tax to their order. Shipping cost for orders of 4 or more books will be at a flat rate of $15.00. Your payment may also be made by credit card [Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express (NOT American Express "Corporate" cards)] through Paypal® by clicking the Buy Now link below. For your protection we require that you use a confirmed address and ship to the address associated with the credit card that you make payment with. PLEASE NOTE: Paypal requires that the name and address that you input with your credit card order match exactly what is registered for the credit card that is being used. If you have previously used this credit card for an on-line payment through Paypal® and have established a Paypal® account you will be asked for your ID and password. Along with your payment you should indicate if you would prefer a specific edition number, or the lowest number available. If you are requesting specific numbers, please indicate those numbers with your order.
